Service Description

You will be able to express your heartfelt feelings associated with the COVID-19 lockdowns and associated isolation and problems relating to the novel coronavirus pandemic. A treatment plan will be collaboratively created where you will determine specific goals and objectives to make your life easier and more effective while living through a pandemic. During the therapy sessions, your anxiety and depression will be addressed along with particular problems such as employment, finances and relationship issues, etc.
